There is nothing really wrong with the Capresso 565.03 Infinity Burr Grinder. However, if you believe that this unit will solve your coffee ground mess problem, you will probably be slightly disappointed. Also, it is a very large item. So, if you have a small kitchen and limited space, it may be a bit on the sizeable side. Functionally, it works great. I love that you can set the grind settings from fine to coarse, turn the dial, and not worry about how long to grind the beans for.

I bought this one because several reviews said it was a good reliable grinder. I got it a few days ago and it is very well built. It grinds fantastically. I'm not sure what grinders some people have used to compare the sound to but this one is LOUD. Understandable for a grinder but don't believe any quiet nonsense. As for improvements well the hopper could use a closing feature, maybe a larger hopper/catch container, and a momentary button for quick grinding would be nice. I chose this with a budget in mind over a mazer. I know its like comparing an Eclipse to a Cadillac its also smaller easier to use and 1/6th the price. I think I made a good choice and for most people I think this would be a great buy.

Very good burr grinder...except for the instructions. I bought 3 and I spent quite a few hours trying to put the coffee container in the grinder and tried and tried and tried...till I broke it! Of course I read the instructions but nevertheless never fitted. Next day I called Customer Service and the lady explained that there was an opening that had to be certain way, and voila! The container got in like magic! But they never mentioned this small detail in the instructions. So now I have to buy a new coffee container. Other than that, it works perfectly.

This will grind your coffee beans and yeild a wonderful pot of coffee....but it is messy. The grounds are quite annoying from the static charge. The grinding area is not easy to clean out, even with the little brush they include. Know that you will have grounds on your counter, without fail, with every use. I usually clean it with each pot of coffee.

This was a gift for my fiancee, who is a big coffee drinker, and had another coffee-storage grinder that stopped working properly after just one year. this motor is heavier and seems much more sturdy, so we're hoping it will last. but he says that the coffee itself tastes so much smoother and richer, and he's very happy with that.
